1ClickFactory and QBS Group merge to provide additional service offerings to customers as it becomes Companial, the largest and fastest-growing international network of Microsoft Dynamics Partners.
Most customers will think about Business Central in the Cloud (Microsoft’s Software as a Service solution or ‘SaaS’ for short) as the Eldorado (or destination of gold and eternal bliss). Frankly, I would agree with that in the long term. The fact is, though, that we are not ready to move all types of customer installations to Business Central SaaS, today.
The changes that Microsoft have made not only encompass changes with the basic concept (the solution is now also available in the Cloud, without losing any strength in customization), but there have also been significant changes to the core of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which is changing the application development language, basically for the first time since 1990. This will bring a lot of advantages for customers but also requires Microsoft ISVs and partners to rewrite a large portion of the code that has been built into their customer base since 1995.

Microsoft Value Added Distributor and Indirect CSP QBS group has recently acquired the majority of the shares in her strategic partner 1ClickFactory. This news was a good reason to set up an interview with Soren Fink Jensen, CEO of 1ClickFactory, and Michael Hartmann, the CEO of QBS group to explore the prospering relationship and this intensified collaboration, along with the radical changes in today’s markets for business applications including ideas on how partners should react.
As of March 2019, QBS group has acquired shareholder majority of 1ClickFactory. This is a further strengthening of the already established collaboration and is an important step in the strategy of QBS group to enhance her offerings to the Dynamics partner channel.
1ClickFactory has, with effect from January 1, 2019, changed the representation and service to partners for the Benelux region. The change is a result of Dirk Jan Gelderblom, the representative of 1ClickFactory in Benelux, selling his 1ClickFactory sales franchise for Benelux back to 1ClickFactory. The new representative is the QBS Group, the largest Microsoft Dynamics Value Add Distributor in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
