Juha Niemelä, Managing Director of 1ClickFactory FinlandJuha Niemelä has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry. Before joining 1ClickFactory, Juha worked at Microsoft for over 12 years in several Dynamics AX sales roles interfacing with both Microsoft Dynamics AX Partners and AX customers in Finland. Juha started his Dynamics AX journey with Axapta 2.5 version at Navision Finland as a Product Manager. Before his career in Dynamics, Juha worked with several different ERP softwares (e.g. Scala, MFG/PRO, GUDA/X and MÄSTER), including different roles from a Cobol developer to a Sales Manager. Jussi Kestilä, Partner, 1ClickFactory FinlandJussi is a devoted IT professional with solid practice and proven track records in Microsoft Dynamics solutions development and customers support. Mr. Kestilä's in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics platform dates back to the period of 2000-2004 when he worked as a Development manager for Navision Finland where he successfully managed Navision products localization in Finish market. Before joining 1ClickFactory he spent 6 years working in Microsoft, where he was responsible for Dynamics product technology.
