Keith Mullan has been in the Microsoft Dynamics world for the last 20 years. He has been in the fortunate position of experiencing Microsoft Dynamics NAV from all three angles: as a customer, distributor, and Partner. Keith started as a Dynamics NAV customer in the UK, where the solution was re-implemented in all major EU subsidiary countries. Keith then moved to South Africa to start up the Navision office for sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to moving into this position in the UK, he was a Dynamics Partner in South Africa and helped run an IT reseller business in Australia. Keith will be assisting Microsoft Partners in the UK to help them more easily, profitably, and predictably implement and service IT solutions.
